Our repair service uses established evaluation and testing procedures to thoroughly check out your Haas Vector Drives and Servo Amps. We begin with an evaluation aimed at duplicating or verifying your original issue. Once the evaluation is complete, we submit a final, formal quotation for your approval.
Upon approval, the drive is disassembled, cleaned, and fully reconditioned. In addition to replacing the faulty components that caused the failure, we also replace other high failure components to proactively address potential future failures. This ensures a high quality repair with peace of mind that you will get the maximum lifetime out of your unit.
After repair is completed, the drive goes through comprehensive testing to be certain that it will be in perfect working order once you receive and install it.
All settings and parameters are recorded and restored during the repair process, ensuring a plug-n-play installation.

Tech Support
Technical Support - A Helping Hand
Support When You Need To Identify The Problem
We provide general support in troubleshooting a machine, typically focused on isolating and confirming an issue.
Our support specializes in an ‘in depth’ knowledge of the drives and motors of a machine. Our support compliments the knowledge and expertise of a field service or maintenance technician who may have a working knowledge of the machine and application, but not a specific mastery of the drives, motors, and other electronic components.
Often times, troubleshooting flow charts in manuals are too simplified and cannot possibly take into account the circumstances of your situation. They are written in an environment where there is no machine oil, heat, vibrations, or general wear and tear. Give us a call and let us know what you’re seeing, we’ll give you a second opinion, potentially saving you a lot of time and money.
